<h2><li style='font-weight:bold;font-size:20px'>USER'S GUIDE</li></h2> <hr><br><p> <u><b>WHY TREATMENT SCHEDULE IS IMPORTANT BEFORE STARTING NEW TREATMENT?</b> </u><br> Treatment schedule is required to generate accurate Daily Census Report, Weekly Treatment Report, Patient Treatment History and in data analytics. <br> <br> <u><b>HOW TO UPDATE TREATMENT SCHEDULE OF PATIENT?</b> </u><br><br> <span></span> 1. Click the <i style='font-size:14px;color:red'> Registered Patient </i> in the Dashboard Area. A new window will appear containing all registered patients.<br> <span></span> 2. Look for patient you wish to update and click <i style='font-size:14px;color:red'> Schedule</i> located at the right corner of the table screen.<br> <span></span>3. A new window containing all the weekly schedule of patient will appear. In Batch Assignment table, the drop down menu will ask you to select the Batch either First, Second, Third or Fourth batch. Do this to all drop down menu as required by th esystem.<br> <span></span>4. To remove patient from schedule, just select NA in the drop down menu and schedule will be removed <br> <span></span> 5. If all information required are provided, click <i style='font-size:14px;color:red'> Update</i> button to save the record. You can now start the treatment session in the Nurse Station Waiting area list.<br> <span></span> 6. To prevent UnAssigned Schedule, kindly set all schedule of patient during registration of Treatment Package.
